Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Naked app and its services. By using Naked you agree to them. Naked is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; these terms add the rules for using Naked's service.
Who can use Naked
You must be 18 or older.
Not medical care
Naked helps you notice patterns in how you feel. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and its predictions — including cycle and fertile-window estimates — are not a method of contraception. Talk to a doctor or other qualified professional before making health decisions. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call 911 or your local emergency number; in the US you can also call or text 988.
Subscriptions
Naked offers auto-renewing subscriptions, purchased through your Apple Account. The price and billing period are shown before you buy. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
Girl Talk community rules
Girl Talk is anonymous, and it only works if everyone can trust it. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post or reply with:
- harassment, bullying, threats, or attacks on anyone;
- hate based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristic;
- sexual content involving minors, or graphic violence;
- someone else's private information, impersonation, spam or advertising.
Posts and replies are screened automatically before they appear. You can report content and block people from any post or reply, and reports are reviewed within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules, and we may delete the account of anyone who does and block them from signing up again.
Your content
You own what you write. By posting in Girl Talk you give us permission to store it, show it to other members in the app, and review it for moderation. You can delete your posts and replies at any time.
AI features
Some features use AI to respond to you. Responses are generated automatically, can be wrong, and are not professional advice.
Your account
Keep your phone and sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account & data. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers
To the extent the law allows, Naked is provided "as is", without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that can't be limited.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and its effective date, and tell you in the app about changes that matter.
